4. Orders and Payment
Orders are only accepted through the official website. After validation, the user receives a confirmation email containing the order number and payment details. We accept major electronic payment methods, such as Visa and MasterCard. All transactions are processed via an encrypted connection to ensure data security.

5. Delivery Conditions
We only deliver within France. After payment confirmation, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and handed over to the carrier. The total delivery time is generally 3 to 7 business days. We use the following carriers: Chronopost, Colissimo, and DPD. Orders of €120 or more qualify for free delivery; for orders under €120, the delivery charge is €18. 6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of payment, provided they have not yet been handed over to the carrier. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled; in this case, a return can be requested in accordance with the return procedure. See our "  Order Cancellation Policy  " for more details.

7. Returns and Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt if the product is defective, does not match the description, has a significant color difference, emits an odor, or is incorrect. See our "  Return and Exchange Policy  " for detailed conditions.

8. Refund Policy
After confirmation of the return, the refund will be processed within 1 to 5 business days to the same payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). We are committed to providing a fast and transparent process.

9. Disputes and Applicable Law
In the event of a dispute related to services or purchases, we are committed to resolving disputes transparently and amicably, in accordance with applicable French law, including the provisions relating to the GDPR.
